Transfer Molding

In this course, we will discuss the transfer molding process and the mold compounds used in it. The transfer molding process is the most common method for packaging components, although in recent years, engineers have begun using other techniques. We'll briefly discuss how to perform transfer molding, and then explore in more detail the types of mold compounds and the issues associated with them.
