Design for Reliability Testing

Design for Reliability Testing is an important concept to ensure that one can provide quality components to their customers.  By design for reliability testing, we refer to designing circuitry to make it easier to test during reliability stress testing, like High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) and Burn-In.  We'll discuss the techniques for doing this, the advantages/disadvantages, and potential issues.
