EOS ESD and How to Differentiate

Both Electrical Overstress (EOS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) are challenging problems in today's systems.  The analysis of these failures can sometimes be challenging.  In particular, the ability to distinguish between EOS and ESD can be quite difficult.  This course helps to address this challenge, and provide more insight into the root causes of EOS and ESD, especially in the manufacturing environment.
